Moderation Policy

Reviews start as pending until approved. Moderation decisions should be based on policy, not whether a shop is claimed or paid.

We may reject or hide

Spam, fake reviews, duplicate campaigns, threats, hate, privacy violations, irrelevant content, undisclosed incentives, and reviews that appear to come from owners, employees, or competitors.

Business disputes

Shop owners can report reviews and respond publicly. Reviews are not removed simply because they are negative.

Suspicious campaigns

Sudden positive or negative review bursts can be slowed, flagged, and routed to additional verification before publication.
